These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ackmail shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
When Ackmail is distributed through Microsoft AppSource, additional terms from Microsoft may apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Microsoft's marketplace terms, Microsoft's terms shall prevail with respect to the distribution and installation of the add-in.
